Turns out nobody cares about Monitor External Job (<5k job instances despite being bundled), so that shouldn't be considered one of the two main features of Jenkins. Some of the 'major features' also looked more like nice to have details to me (RSS? Permalinks?), so I changed those as well to emphasize the more fundamental extensibility and cross-platform support. Suggestions on further improvements are welcome! And I think the sections with external links (case studies, introductory articles) could use some more recent resources. If you know any, please let me know!
