Try disabling the priority sorter plugin. It shows up in Jenkins-cron-thread-8 with a pretty deep stack after locking a queue others are blocked for.

Downgrade these plugins (if you don't remember which they were, sort the plugins folder by file modification time) and try to see whether that helped.
