JESS: Publish date for Collectable Framework White Paper

I want to thank everyone that has expressed an interest in obtaining a copy of the Collectable Framework white paper.  Rather than sending the paper electronically to each individual I will be placing it on our web site soon.  I am still a few days from having that done.  Once available I will inform the list of its URL.
