Kevin created it a long time ago in CVS to put a "runtest" script... :(

In any case, the CVS tree is definitely ripe for a fresh reimport (something
I wanted to do for a long time...), now that the new portlet API has landed,
we can talk about a proper structure and do a full import of the project.

Only *after* 1.3a2... ;)
