+1. I just wanted to know if I was doing something crazy. Now that I 
know about it, I will try to be careful, and update only src, lib, 
xdocs, ...

Also, I noticed that the new build does not delete old castor generated 
files. I had to do it by hand to avoid hundreds of compile errors 
yesterday. Again, not a complaint, as those files will never be 
generated on fresh checkouts/builds. Just a warning in case someone has 
the same problem.
