Portals-bridges versioning

Good point! The version for the portals bridges are now 0.1. We have 
several options:
--> tie it with the J2 release as long as they are a part of the J2 build
--> Once they are moved into their own project we could still use the 
same version as J2 since the bridges are tested with J2
It would mean the bridges start out with a version of 2.x which isn't
uncommon with commercial products :-) but I find a bit odd for our type
of projects.
Also, once they are moved into their own project, they don't need to
(and I wouldn't want to) keep in sync with the version of J2.
--> start a new version schema
