There's WebSurfPortlet offered at the Jetspeed Community Portlets page: http://portals.apache.org/jetspeed-1/community-portlets.html. From portlet description, it sounds like what you want. Unfortunately, it hasn't been updated to work with latest releases. I'm sure with some effort, you could make it work though.
