This means that every time to modify a page or add one I need to write a
portlet??
Is there a tutorial for this ?
Here's what I need, I need to use jetspeed as a replacement for
dotnetNuke. I need to be able to easily add pages and configure access
and permissions. I need to be able to develop and deploy small projects
as modules. Is this possible with jetspeed2 ?

You can use the iframe portlet that comes with jetspeed,
http://portals.apache.org/jetspeed-2/multiproject/jetspeed-web-content/apidocs/org/apache/jetspeed/portlet/IFrameGenericPortlet.html
Otherwise you could write a portlet and use a request dispatcher to your
html file.

Is't possible to put the html pages in a portlet and deploy it?
