The email is working fine, the profile is fine as well, I had removed the Application
Event Type from the Default Alarm Trigger, and I was able to receive the email but
only through the Default Alarm Trigger. It seems like the second trigger I set up for
never got evaluated. Any idea?

Trigger Name: Default Alarm Trigger
Trigger Type: Alarm
Trigger Rule: If Event Types not in SLA then Send Email

Trigger Name: Interface Status Change (Pollers &
Traps)
Trigger Type: Alarm
Trigger Rule: If Event Types in Application, then Email

Jun,

That seems fine, but do you have the email address set
in your User profile?.
Also did you activated these Triggers for your User?
in the Triggers Users Screen.

Is your local mailer working?

If you have logging enabled you could check the
triggers file.
