Hi,
There's no such thing as "Unknown System Info", that is Customer Unknown, and System Info is the description on the Interface.
That is what the small icon shows. The popup gives "Unknown Customer (Cisco System Info 1)".
This means that the Customer is Unknown, you have to set one, but its not a real problem.
Can you run a Manual Discovery and tell us if you see a 'Cisco System Information' Interface Type ?
This is what I get for both routers with Manual Discovery:
============================= Cisco System Info Action Index Name Status Description Number of Processors
Edit 1 CPU ok / up Cisco Internetwork Operating System Soft 1 =============================
Good this means it was discovered fine.
Also, if you can see graphs for this interface, can you send them? is it empty? does it show NaN? or 0 ?
It's empty and all I get is this message in place of the graphs:
"The RRDTool files for Interface ID 4 (from Host ID 3), has not been created by the Poller Process yet"
Ok, I'll need you to activate some debugs in line 46 and 48 of lib/api.rrdtool.inc.php
After that try to view the graph again, a long command line will appear.
I want to you put that command in a DOS Box and run it. And show me the results.
