Hey Craig I hardly think you can call Outlook 2003 and Outlook 200 dodgy. Yup I tired both on separate box’s, thinking how hard can this be it’s just a plain text email.  I think it may have something to do with me exchange 2000 which has Surfcontrol E-mail filter.
