Unfortunately, unless you modify your polling interval to be 2 minutes, every 5 minutes is the best you're going to get data for - and the alerts will only come after 15 minutes {or however often you run the rrd_analyser script}. Works for me, though, and is one of the features of JFFNMS that made me ditch Nagios in favour of it.
