I have run into problems with our JFFNMS installation.
A few weeks back I upgraded the machine running JFFNMS from Ubuntu 4.10 to

physical interfaces! All other graphs work just fine (packets, utilization etc.)

You and Alhagie Puye (previous thread in email list) need to compare
notes, sounds like the same problem.

Your poller looks fine, the magic line of:

12:13:55  :  H  56 :  I 1899 :  P  80 : no_poller(): 0 -> rrd(*):
input:1692420944 - output:2504328494 - inputerrors:0 - outputerrors:0 - rtt:0 -
packetloss:0 - inpackets:11681591 - outpackets:10545509 - drops:0 -
bandwidthin:250000000 - bandwidthout:250000000 (time P: 0.09 | B: 32.35)

says it is ok.

It's that can't parse '' error that is the problem. It's not a rrd
version problem *yet again* perhaps?

You should probably uncomment the debug lines before the command() line
in lib/api.rrd.inc.php
