I kind of like Craig's idea but I do the same thing like this... 1.) Setup customers as my group IE.., Network Admins, System Admins. 2.) Setup Users as each group IE.., net_alerts, system_alerts. 3.) Setup "Triggers Users" for those users 4.) Setup the Triggers, as below
Trigger Rules.. 10 if client is equal to System Admin Continue And 10 if type is Not In SLA Then Send Mail All the items you have in the customer will get emailed on alerts.. It is possible, but would take some work. Changing the cron job is easy but by memory it also needs some coding work done on the sla analyzer. Another way is to change the pollers so there is a check on the returned value, much like the memory poller group works. That gives you 5 minute alarms. - Craig -- Craig Small GnuPG:1C1B D893 1418 2AF4 45EE 95CB C76C E5AC 12CA DFA5 Eye-Net Consulting http://www.enc.com.au/ MIEE Debian developer csmall at : enc.com.au ieee.org debian.org ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the JBoss Inc.
