I have set up this almost exact scenario by creating separate customers/maps/users, then using the trigger rule to report only for that "client".  It then only sends the SLAs/Interface status changes for that specific subset of interfaces.  The customers can also then click on the link directly from the e-mail (modified the email.php) to view that specific interface.

 

For example...

 

If type XYZ is in "SLA" then "action" is blank, then continue, then set the rule you want in the Trigger (see attached file).

Put them into a map, then make one of the trigger conditions is that

It is possible, but would take some work. Changing the cron job is easy

but by memory it also needs some coding work done on the sla analyzer.

 

Another way is to change the pollers so there is a check on the returned

value, much like the memory poller group works. That gives you 5 minute

alarms.
