Hi guys, sorry if this has already been covered, but I
couldn't seem to find an answer in the archives.
I'm having problems with the time it takes to generate
SLA Reports. If the report is for the last day, it
will take approximately 30 seconds. If I try to get a
report of the last month it can take over 5 minutes
for the page to load. Is there any way to improve
these times as I doubt my users will bother waiting so
long. By the way I've checked the processes using top
and can't seem to spot anything unusual.
