I have a new install of JFFNMS v0.8.3 on Wintel and I'm able to find all
of the interfaces I'd like to monitor but not graph them.

If I try to view within the application (website) I get the message
that:
The RRDTool files for Interface ID 109 (from Host ID 15), has
not been created by the Poller Process yet

When I run the poller.bat and consolidate.bat file from command line I
get the message that:
Cannot find module (IP-MIB): At line 0 in (none)
(followed by a long list of missing mibs)

So far all of the troubleshooting and archive searching I've done points
to the system not being able to find the MIB files, but I've confirmed
they are in c:\usr\mibs. I've also confirmed that the group everyone as
well as the JFFNMS service account (local) has full access (NTFS) to
them. I can see the png files in the temp directory, so they're getting
generated (without figures) but still no charts. What else could cause
this other than the mibs being in the wrong path?
