This is a new warning from php. It means your PHP setup has not set the
timezone so PHP is going to guess and that guess might not be right.

This is in the save routine and means there was no logging_file in
defaults, which there isn't. It's an interesting message but harmless.

These ones are even stranger, its saying you had somehow set the option
'0' or '1' to something, not that 0 is the value but it is the option.

What did you do to trigger this?

ntp sets your clock and uses UTC. Your system timezone is probably
correct but PHP uses its own timezone.  This makes sense because you may
have a webhosting server in the US but you want your website to display
your own timezone.  I had to set my timezone otherwise my alerts were an
hour out; I'm not sure why.
