$ jfs_fsck --omit_journal_replay -v /dev/sda1

Your system clock is a bit off, please set it to current date & time, I'm
not sure if jfsutils has any ill effects when running with a weird time.
Btw, jfsutils-1.1.14 is available, you might want to try this version
instead.

Unfortunately, I got the same result. There are no effect of using
recent version, jfsutils-1.1.14
