The Unchecky log will remain perpetually empty until or unless you attempt to
install some piece of software that has something bundled with it that Unchecky
picks up as a Potentially Unwanted Program (more commonly known by their
acronym: PUPs).

It's only purpose is to catch possible PUP installation and if you're not
installing anything at all then it's just sitting there waiting for the next
time you do.  If what you install doesn't have any PUPs bundled with it the log
will still remain empty.
