On a similar note. I’m having an issue at work using Win 7 Pro with Jaws 14 at the moment. Jaws keeps crashing when my PC goes into lockdown where I need to depress Control+Alt+Delete to log back in. It doesn’t happen all the time. but it’s happening in increasing frequency. More often than not, it doesn’t happen at all. Bt, recently, rebooting my computer somehow led to IT having to redo my system. This has happened twice in the last month. I did have Jaws 15 on the first system that crashed. I haven’t redownloaded Jaws 15 onto this new system. Not sure I should. But the problem happened with both Jaws 14 and Jaws 15. I’m kind of afraid of screwing around with the new system they gave me this week. The crashing put me out of commission for 3 days this week. Can’t afford to keep having Jaws somehow crashing my system every time I log back in with control+Alt+Delete.
