Hi folks!  I encountered an interesting problem today while trying to help a
client who is using JAWS.  I wanted him to go into the JAWS Keyboard Manager
for Internet Explorer.  I directed  him on how to access the JKM file.  When
he found it, and clicked on it, he was presented with an open with dialogue
box, because Windows did not know what program to use when opening the file.
Now we did this using the JAWS menu, going to JAWS 14\Explore JAWS\Explore
My Settings.  My question is, why would this happen, and how do I correct
this on his machine?  Often times, I have to help clients who work at
another facility, and the security settings utilized by their employer takes
the JAWS Tandem option away.
