Hi Michael,

Don't do it this way. Instead, open the app (Internet Explorer), then press Insert+F2 to open the Run Jaws Manager dialog. Press K for keyboard Manager and hit Enter.

The reason it's best to do it through this dialog is that if/when Jaws is updated the association for the Jaws 14 keyboard manager would still be in effect. You'd want to run Keyboard Manager for the active version of Jaws instead.
