The updated OCR in jaws 16 may make things a bit easier.

The short answer to this is no. Screenshots are usually images, and there's
not a screenreader invented that I know of that can read that. You *might*,
possibly, have some luck with OCR, but I wouldn't rely on it for major
projects.
