If you're talking about reading a screen and then suddenly losing your place or ending up in another part of the article, I have that problem in Firefox. The closest thing to a solution I've found is to try to remember a unique word that appeared in the part of the document I was recently reading, then pressing Control F and searching for that word to sort of get back to my place. It's the long way around, but it's the shortest way I know. Sometimes I've found that if I can locate a printer friendly version of the article I'm reading, it doesn't jump. It's most likely caused by various ads of different sizes changing while you're reading--at least that's my guess.

You might try the ocr function Insert+space then o. I haven't found much use
for this function, but it sounds taylor made for reading a screen shot.

I have read screen shots using Kurzweil, and that worked out pretty well.

Hope this helps.

Hi folks! Is there any way for JAWS to read the contents of a screenshot
that is attached to a document?
