Have you tried turning off things like Preview and checked through various
view settings? I don't use Outlook anymore, so can't be specific.

Aside from sometimes having to do Jaws+Insert to refresh the EMail, when
Jaws thinks it's the previous one, ThunderBird also works great for me too!
