Hello, I have applied for a work from home job. The employer is going to schedule a time for me to meet with the tech people to see if I can access their programs. It is a program that only they use. The hr person said there is a banner at the top of the screen saying which pharmacy an agent is calling for; then there is a button a graphic of a phone, one clicks on that, and then the call is routed to the agent's home phone. Would it be possible for me to label the phone button, and other buttons which would give access to the patient's name and medication? I have used Jaws for over ten years, but wasn't sure how labeling graphics actually works. Any advice would be appreciated.
