This is fairly important to consider about the two options -- SERI, the Iphone voice command function, is not native on the phone -- it requires a functional data connection to work, from what I've been told by many users both blind and sighted. So if you spend any time away from areas where you have a data connection then it won't work in those instances. Talkback and the Android voice command functionality is native to the phone, so it doesn't have this problem. I've found navigation on my Galaxy S4 to be both straightforward and intuitive, but I have an extensive tech background, so my perspective on what is intuitive is skewed.
