Hi. I just wanted to get back to this topic and thank people so far for their suggestions. Unfortunately, I can't shift tab and get to a list of my folders. I'm using Windows 7 and Outlook 2013 by the way, if that matters. What I get when I do try that is a folder pane minimize button. I've tried arrowing around there, but I can only arrow up and get two other buttons, a sent mail button and an inbox button. I'm using the CTRL+Y keystroke to get to my list of folders, but when I move to the folder(s) I want to delete and try pressing the applications key absolutely nothing happens.
I hope this has explained things a little more clearly and that someone might be able to help.
