Tom.

I too have this problem from time to time and I also am running 14 with 7.
I have opted to just print to the freedom export printer as Ann suggested
because I cannot figure out a solution. Please do let me know if you find
one.

Mitchell:

In line with suggestions from several other list members, I went into the
accessibility assistant options and made sure Adobe was configured to read
the entire document. However, I still only get the first page.

I have worked with several other multi-page PDF files today, and have not
had this problem, so I'm wondering if something is wrong with this
particular file.

The file is 3.13 megs in size, so I know it contains more than one page, at
least theoretically.

Dear Tom,

If the suggestions others posted don't resolve your issue, the problem may
be caused by the way Adobe Reader loads the document in accordance with the
accessibility preferences you have set, assuming, of course, that that is
the PDF reader you are using. Specifically, you may have the program set to
load one page at a time. If you believe this is the case, run the
accessibility Setup Assistant in Adobe Reader, and if your reading options
for "large documents" are set to read only the currently visible pages
(which is the default), change this setting to "read the entire document."

Good Luck,

Michal

Subject: Advancing Pages In A PDF File

Hello, all.

I'm trying to read a PDF document for work, and I am unable to advance
beyond the first page in the document.

I have reason to believe that the document is all there, due to the file
size.

I'm using Jaws 14 with Windows 7 on this particular computer.

Any help would be appreciated.
