Tom. I too have this problem from time to time and I also am running 14 with 7. I have opted to just print to the freedom export printer as Ann suggested because I cannot figure out a solution. Please do let me know if you find one.

Specifically, you may have the program set to load one page at a time. If you believe this is the case, run the accessibility Setup Assistant in Adobe Reader, and if your reading options for "large documents" are set to read only the currently visible pages (which is the default), change this setting to "read the entire document."
