Dear list, I am using the latest build of jaws 16 and am having a problem that I cannot figure out in Ms word 2010. When I open a document, doesn't matter if it's a new one or one I'm opening from before, I cannot edit it. When I try to type or do anything jaws will say things like this key is not available in ms word or there are no graphics in this document. I found if I hit f-10 to go into the menus and then exit out again it fixes the problem temporarily. Once I alt tab out of the document and back in I have to do this again. No clue what setting I changed. Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks
