Are you opening these PDF files in IE or Adobe? If in IE, you might switch to open in Adobe only.

I know at one time I had to update the file associations so that it used Adobe to access PDFs. That still seems to be in place. Does anyone have this same problem or know of a resolution? I know when the title bar states the document is empty I have to open it using the Freedom Import Printer in OPenBook . So, this is a different problem.
