I know from a later message that you can't get the "e" step to work. I'm finding with the ribbon that you sometimes need to wait for JAWS to speak something before pressing a letter. Thus: Alt (wait for JAWS to speak), F (wait for JAWS to speak), And so on. The wait is longer at some steps than others. I'm having trouble with JAWS and Outlook 2013, particularly after I have been using it for a couple of hours. JAWS will start to perform very sluggishly, and even sometimes, I get a message saying that Outlook is not responding. It's really annoying. Most of the time, I end up restarting my machine.
