I think HJ should be flattered people would actually want to undo the
demos limitations. I have heard so much complaints of a love hate
relationship of its performance and the video card hell one deals with
owning JFW.
If they made the price more reasonible then this wouldnt happen.

Subject: Re: 40 minute demo, cracks will kill the list.Hi,
I agree with you--and like you--feel I am funding the education of
my
local bank's loan officer's kids via interest payments to fund the
purchase
of Jaws like the software very much and hope there is lost of future
development to make it even better.
As I agree with you that no one should cheat; HJ does benefit
tremendously from this list. It is like a free marketing survey for them
and
provides us with the only technical support our big bucks purchased with
this expensive software. i wish that HJ made better use of this
list--even
responding directly--as there are things in JAWS that should be
improved.
There could be increased JAWS sales if the program did not
encorporate
some features that discourage its use by the big group of large-type
users.
That big pool of dollars directed toward JAWS sure could fund a lot of
research and development efforts. Also now that some blind users can
read
the internet without having one column "blend" into column: it would
sure
be nice if HJ would acknowledge many peoples' wishes that JAWS would
allow
us to read columns on the internet that with JAWS now blend one into
another--where you get 2 columns read across the entire line.
The company could acknowledge direct letters sent to them.As I say,
HJ
and we are darn lucky to have this list.P T.- -
