The procedure described is the same one described when installing the
Naturally Speaking scripps, except the checking of the option is reversed. I
have the same problem and I installed the Nat. Spkg. scripps.

1. Depress insert+6 (on the number row).
2. Depress Ctrl+shift+d (for default).
3. Depress alt+s (for setings).
4. Enter on first option (user).
5. Tab down and make sure the "insert mode key" is not checked, if it is
hit the space bar and uncheck it, then tab to ok and enter.
