I have had a problem with one of the improvements made in the 3.20.31
patch. Specifically, on my system, insert-f9 in IE 4 does not list the
frames on a framed Web page. Instead, the resulting listbox has 0 items.
I know of at least one other user with the same problem. Admittedly, I
have not yet taken a look at the script involved. I am just not a script
master. Regards.
