my advice is not to spend one penny on it, here is why, first you lack memory.
joe pointed out 16 meg, really that is essential to jump it to at least 8,
but 16 is better yet.
more than likely you will not be able to use the 4 you have, i assume you have
four 1 meg chips.
still more importan you will need a c p u upgrade to even tolerate it at all.
a 486 upgrade chip is 100 dollars to make it a 100 mhz machine.
do not think this is equal to a 100 pentium,, nor is it even going to be close
to a 50 pentium.
bottom line save money for a pentium system.
they start at 500 dollars in u s today.
that is a 300 mhz system.
can you do it, yes, but is it easy, no.
is it going to be useful, probley not.
more than likely you will get tired of waiting.
by the way you will have to use jfw version 2, which is also on the cd rom.
unfortunately it does not have the super easy installation program with it.
that only works in 3.
the cost i gave do not include labor, so by the time you pay labor it could
