Go to the jaws window and go to the voices menu.
There are entries for upper case, jaws cursor etc in that pulldown menu.

Subject: Re: upper case pitch not returning to normal
Hello:
Before I had my machine crash, that happened to me when I used the spell
checker and the word started with a capital letter. I was wondering how you
get your unit to change pitches, where do I go and what do I do to get this
to happen again. I also would like to know how I get the jaw cursor to go
down inn pitch when using it too.
