how to use the microsoft text to speech engine

Hi,
I think I know how to do this.

You'll need to completely reinstall jfw.  Don't uninstall it first though,
install it on top of itself.  Choose your installation settings.  Now, for
microsoft speech, choose the msapi synthesizer. Select no more and install
as normal!  Yes, I think! the msapi synthesizer should do the trick. I
don't iknow, try it and see what happens.
