This is a perfect example of people posting untried solutions to the list.
The original message did not say it would work,only that he thought it
should. He even said he didn't know and asked someone else to try it. Be
very careful who you are taking advise from.

Hi Josh, I did what you said. I reinstalled JFW on top of itself. I am using
version 3.20.31. I reinstalled it, but when I was in the installation program
in the synth selection menu, there was no option for msapi or Microsoft Speech
at all! Did you make a mistake in typing or is this option supposed to be
there? I made sure that the engine was installed prior to reinstalling JFW.
