Re: fwd serious problems with access32.

Thomas sounds like he is abit upset. Here's what I propose. Henter-joyce
should upgrade those keys for free, but that is hj's policy. Secondly, if
this guy has other versions of access32, he should use them. There is no
need to be tied to HJ's version. I am running jfw 32 with the access32 from
the kurzweil 1000 package just fine. Third, the key system does suck and is
an inconvenience at best, but we aren't going to change that. I would love
to see tech support's response to that message. I can understand his
frustration, but that kind of message is not going to get anybody on his
side. It hink the reason he is having problems with access32 wqhen putting
jfw to sleep is because the hj version of access32 is tied to jfw. Now he
was rambling on in his letter and may have said this aleady, but I doubt
putting jfw to sleep will make access32 accessible in other areas and would
most certainly caust instability if running other software like a screen
reader that was trying to tap into access32. The tech support guy who gave
that answer out really needs to reread his documentation.
