well when i first attempted to use update i hit download and my system crashed.
well glad to report that the first 4 patches i installed solve that problem.
next the program sucks when it comes to reconizeing what has already been
updated.
i got the 2000 update cd rom and installed it before useing windows update
and it failed to reconize that it had been installed.
by the way this feature plus scan reg w has convinced me that win 98 is
the only way to go for beginners.
its update feature is as easy as symantec, the makers of ghost and norton
utilities and wind fax.
now here is my question, i did not install
1.2 of active accessability
reason i did not is because in the past hj said not to install active
accessability, that if jfw needed it it would be shipped with the screen
reader.
so is this advice still valid, or should i go ahead and install active
accessability?
