I have seen jfw get more info too. I have heard jfw trap info in nt
that did not show up on the screen in sms and it was diagnosed and fixed
as an sms problem. I too have had the annoying experience of being told
that what I was hearing was not on the screen when filling out a form,
however, a click of the mouse while revealing the appropriate content
did not break focus.
