Hi,
I was not able to find the patch for JFW 3.2 revition 19 (refered to
usually as 3.20.19) because I think it has ben replaced by the existance
of patch 3.2 revition 30 (which is beta, meaning not as tested as the
patches normally are).
On the JFW web site, under "Software Download" (8th link I think) is
the information for this patch. It can only be applied to JFW 3.2,
revitions 09 (which I think is what is shipped on the CD) or 19 (which was
the previous patch)!
THe patch file can directly be downloaded from their FTP site at:

Information about the patch (including which JFW files will be altered,

I did not want to include the patch info here because it is kind of long
and I know not everyone is interested, but SOME of the improvements you
can expect are (these are in IE 4.01):
* Get a list box of all available frames, and pick the one you
want to go to (it is then spoken allowed).
* When CTRL-tab and SHFT-CTRL-tab'ing through frames, they are now
automatically spoken allowed.
* Graphics which do not contain alternative text, are correctly
replaced with their URL after reformatting web pages (this was actually in
the 3.20.19 patch they say).
* When loading a new web page, the PC cursor is now placed at the top.
