Yes. Since downloading and installing the new patch, I believe that I have noticed
the correction of an extremely
annoying problem in Internet Explorer 4, as the result of correcting problems with
pages containing 1,000 or more HTML
elements. Now, on a page like the Empowerment Zone, all links seem to read as you
tab. This is wonderful! I am very
satisfied. Can anyone else verify similar improvements in IE 4?
