Hello Holly,
You might want to get some sighted help for this, see if your taskbar is at
the bottom of the screen.
This other one you should be able to do on your own--Go to the Start meun,
select Settings, Select Taskbar, and make sure that "Always on top" is
checked, then tab to Show Clockand make sure that that is also checked. Then
press the tab key to get to OK and close the Taskbar.
Now try your "insert-F12" and see if the clock speaks.
