Since you have checked out your taskba settings here is another suggestion.
It is not a solution of my own making, but oen which I received from Dr.
Sidney Ordway when I found that our Taskbar in Win98 did not work. Please
follow the instructions below which resets a Taskbar frame which helps the
insert+f11 and insert+f12 scripts function. Instructions follow.
You need to reset the focus on the Task Bar. Procede as follows:
1. Place the PC cursor on the Task Bar.
2. Hold down the Control and Shift keys and rapidly tap the [ twice.
3. Type "TaskBar" (without quotes).
4. When prompted to overwrite existing frame, select "Yes".
5. Tab to "Save in Frame File" and down arrow to "Default".
6. Tab to "OK" and press [Enter].
Pressing Insert + F11 will now read the Task Bar.
