there are two ways. you could go to the settings, taskbar options,
customize start menu and create one or you could re-install jfw and
allow it to put its self and its shortcuts up.
you have one or two problems. you either do not have jfw in a jfw32
folder, or you do not have a jfw32 shortcut in the programs menu.
