I don't have IE5 installed, but when I hit the Insert+F11, (or maybe it is
Insert+F12...I forget which), to hear the time on the taskbar under 98, it
says "Taskbar not visible".  How does one make it visible?  I don't have
this problem under 95 with JFW.
