Dennis,

The Insert+F11 keystroke is attached to a script in the Default file.  This
script works under Windows 95 but not 98 because the child window the
script is looking for is not at the same level.  Some code could probably
be added to this script to make it work under both operating systems, but
it would be easier just to put a frame around the Taskbar and read it with
the same keystroke.
